Category 1 - 0-10 Hours Experiance
The Category 1 Level includes the E-170 and the Cessna Citation X
you may pick up the training guide on the Infinite Flight Forum and will recieve it when you apply.
Category 2 - 10-40 Hours Experiance
Category 2 pilots are working there way up in the ranks of the airline. They have experiance and are trusted pilots, they fly the A320, A321, 737-800, and the 757. And they fly on more dense, popular, and longer routes. Manuals, checklists, and training will be supplied.
Category 3 - 40 Hours and Beyond, Immense Experiance
Category 3 pilots are the masters of the airline, the fleet directors, if you may they fly the flagships of our fleet the 777-200ER, 777-300ER, 787-9, and the A380-800 on scenic, charter, and long flights. They are the most trusted pilots, and others look to them. Training manuals, etc... will be supplied later.
